If you haven't seen it yet, you should check out this incredible blog. I've been reading it since late January when Megan pointed it out. The short version of the story is this:
Tricia is a young woman with cystic fibrosis. She and Nate have been married for a few years and her health had deteriorated to the point of needing a double lung transplant last year. As she was preparing to be put on the list, she found out she was pregnant. She gave birth to a baby girl, Gwyneth, at 24 weeks, who continues to do well! She spent the next few months recovering to be put back on the transplant list. A few weeks ago, she was activated and just this past Wednesday, she received a transplant. Amazing stuff. Through it all, they've been proclaiming the Good News of Christ. I highly recommend checking out Nate's blog when you get a chance.
